INGREDIENTS
Tortillas
Cooked, shredded chicken
Salsa verde
Corn & black bean salsa
Button mushrooms
Crema Mexicana
Chihuahua cheese
Queso fresco
Cilantro
Avocado
INSTRUCTIONS
Layer tortillas, chicken, salsa verde, corn & black bean salsa, mushrooms, and crema mexicana in a baking dish. Repeat and create a second layer.
Cover with generous sprinkling of chihuahua cheese or another mild, soft cheese of your choice.
Bake in 350-degree oven for 10 minutes until cheese is thoroughly melted on top.
Top with queso fresco, fresh cilantro, and chunks of avocado.
Slice into squares and serve.
