To take advantage of this promotion, we are requiring a complete account set up. To get set up all you need to do is:
1. Fill out the credit application, sign the credit app and the tax form. See below for the PDF version of the form.
2. Provide us with your re-seller tax ID number for each location.

Why do I have to fill out a credit application?
We must have a credit application on file for your business, even if you are paying by credit card. In order for Royal Cup to order, ship and track your Keurig® brewer and K-Cup® pods, we must have a valid account number for each DQ location. The account number allows us to quickly access your account to track shipments, order product and resolve any issues. This will also allow you to be able to easily place future orders! Why do I have to give you my state tax information and sign this additional form?
We must have your state resale tax ID on file to be able to sell this equipment and future product to you. This is for your benefit as well as ours in the event of an audit. Each state issues a resale license, permit or certificate with a number that can be provided to Royal Cup so that tax will not be charged on the Royal Cup invoice for the purchase of K-Cup® pods.
Where do I send my paperwork once completed?
Please send your completed, signed credit application and the back page with your state resale tax ID noted for your state to dairyqueen@royalcupcoffee.com or fax it to 205-329-7711 with a cover page – ATTN Dairy Queen Promo.
How long does this promotion last?

How much does the brewer cost, and what about the shipping fees?
We are offering the pour-over Keurig® K150 commercial brewer for a discounted price of $85.00 after mail in rebate, plus taxes and shipping charges. The brewers will ship UPS Ground from our warehouse in Birmingham, AL. DQ stores that purchase are responsible for the shipping charges. Shipping cost is a flat $10 fee.
What are the details of the brewer?
The brewer is a pour-over, however there is an available separate part that allows for conversion of the brewer to a plumbed unit. You may purchase that part from Royal Cup if desired. The cost for the part is $43.95 plus tax and shipping costs. See spec sheet at bottom of the page for additional information on the brewer.
How many brewers can I order?
You may order one brewer per store. The brewer must be delivered to the store address.
What K-Cup® pods are furnished for free?
Any K-Cup® pods. Each case contains 4 boxes of 24 K-Cup® pods.
