We are excited to announce that we have partnered up with The Arc of Jefferson County during Sloss Fest 2016!
Sloss Fest 2016 is coming quick! If you remember, last year we were able to raise over $4,000 for the Community Food Bank of Central Alabama. This year we are excited to partner with the good folks over at The Arc of Jefferson County. The Arc provides lifetime assistance to those in the Birmingham area who work through disabilities in their daily life. One of the things we love most about The Arc is how efficiently they care for those most in need.
- For every $5 in donations The Arc receives, they can provide transportation to and from a job for a disabled adult.
- For every $25 in donations The Arc receives, they can provide medication for a disabled adult.
- For every $35 in donations The Arc receives, they can provide a day of services (training and care) for a disabled adult.
So we are looking to YOU, loyal Royal Cup and Sloss Fest fan, to help us top our $4,000 raised last year. We will be selling iced coffee, sweet tea, t-shirts, water and more! Again every dime we raise will go directly to The Arc and benefit this incredible organization.
