Royal Cup is proud to announce our partnership with the prestigious U.S Culinary Open at the 2025 North American Food Equipment Manufacturers (NAFEM) Show. The U.S. Culinary Open is the nation’s premier culinary competition for professional chefs, competing for the prestigious title of U.S. Culinary Open Champion. Created by chefs for chefs, this competition aims to showcase and promote culinary excellence through the highest level of culinary competition. It provides a platform for talented chefs to demonstrate their skills, creativity, and innovation, while also inspiring upcoming culinarians to strive for greatness. The show will take place February 26-28, 2025, at the Georgia World Congress Center in Atlanta.
Over 2-days, 12 of Americas most talented professional Chefs will compete for the championship title. The competition is an open format, allowing chefs to showcase their style of cuisine and utilize the skills they’ve learned over their years of training and cooking. Chefs are allowed to bring one Commis (junior) Chef between the ages of 18-25. This gives the next generation of culinarians the opportunity to learn from an accomplished chef and grow in their skills. During the 2 days of competition, the Chefs will have 3 hours to execute 3 courses (5 servings each) for the judges. The panel of judges consists of 4 of the industry’s most respected and distinguished Chefs. Click here to learn more about the official judges.
